At the Waters, we do things a little different. You might notice something a little strange when you walk in the building. One of our amazing members will ask you a very simple question, that requires a very simple answer. Or is it?!
Most likely you’ve been asked this question before, probably at a church somewhere. But you might not expect what follows the question. So are you ready to hear what the question is… “How are you doing today?” It’s a very simple, everyday question.
But here’s the kicker: whoever asked you, really cares. They want to know about you. They want to get to know you. The real you; not the you that answers that same question five times a day with the same answer of “fine.”
At the Water, we care about people. As our building says, there’s no perfect people allowed. What that means is there’s no masks. Here, you can be who you are; who you really are. It’s not a place to act a certain way or say a specific thing. No one here is good enough. So you don’t have to be concerned about what you’re wearing, how you talk, or who you know.
We’re just people, doing life together. Come join us.
