Ultimate Frisbee is an exciting non-contact sport and combines speed, grace, and powerful hurling with a grueling pace. Oh, and by the way, it’s played with a flying disc (a “Frisbee”). Join us every Sunday at 2:30pm on Morton Ranch High School practice field for Ultimate Frisbee.
