Trust is hard because people break it all the time. But often God calls us to a different kind of trust. And it’s clearly seen in the moment when He splits the Red Sea in two. Don’t just look it…go through it! Does it make sense? Nope. We probably need to get used to that…
It looks like the Israelites were set up. Trapped. Sitting ducks. Ready for an ambush. But they weren’t. It wasn’t God’s people who were set up for an ambush, it was the Egyptians. If the Israelites could have looked deeper, they would have seen that. God sets traps so we can be delivered and redeemed!
What is the favor of God? Is it arbitrary? Do you have to be perfect to get it? And what about those that don’t? This is an answer to those and more questions, with God’s word. Simply put, Favor Follows Obedience.
